Refund policy
Order Changes & Cancellations:
All orders are made to order and begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order has been submitted.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.
Damage & Shipping Policy:
We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives fresh and protected. However, once a package leaves our facility, it is handled by third-party carries and is outside of our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.
We will review each case and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
PLEASE NOTE:
Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during transit and do not affect quality.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier mishandling, delays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Claims must include photo verification to be considered.
