-We ship Monday-Thursday from Los Angeles, CA via USPS priority mail OR UPS. 

-WE BAKE TO ORDER. DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS AND CURRENT PANDEMIC PLEASE ALLOW 10-18 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FOR LOCAL DELIVERY. *THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME*

*ONCE WE SHIP OUT PACKAGES WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED PACKAGES, MISSING PACKAGES, UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, AND ALL UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOMER OR CARRIER ERRORS (I.E. -USPS priority mail usually takes 2-3 days

-UPS usually takes 1-3 days 

-Estimated delivery dates are given by USPS and UPS are out of our control. If your order does not arrive on the estimated delivery date please contact USPS and call us so we can help get your order to you.

-Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Please track your package and expect there arrival. We make sure we package your order with care so they don't melt and or break in the box but often times couriers are not very friendly with our packages. So please do not let your package sit outside and if not eaten right away please follow storage instructions included. 

-Once your order has been delivered we are not responsible for packages unattended, lost, damaged, and or not picked up at your local post office.

Local Delivery

-We need 7-10 days to prepare a local delivery in the Los Angeles county, Orange County, Ventura County, and San Fernando Valley areas. All other areas please contact customer service for assistance.
